At the moment, we only ship from the UK to Uganda. We plan to commence shipping from Uganda to the UK, and UK to other global destinations in the near future

We can ship your goods from the UK to Uganda either by air or sea freight.

Our charges vary depending on; the type of item, if we are paying taxes for you in Uganda and also if they are being shipped by air or sea. To get a more accurate price, please contact us

On average, air shipping takes about ten (10) days whereas sea shipping takes seven (7) weeks to arrive in Uganda. These times are an estimate and subject to change (by airlines and shipping vessels).

Irrespective of where you are based, cargoplus can; buy for you, collect your goods from anywhere in the UK to our shipping base in London and ship them to you in Uganda. For more information about this service, please click here.

For most consolidated cargo consignments to Uganda (both by air and sea), cargoplus will pay customs duties abroad and the customer receives their goods from our warehouses in Kampala.

But where it has been pre-agreed with the customer that they will clear customs themselves, cargoplus will provide all relevant documentation to enable you do this.

You will either collect your goods from our warehouse in Nsambya or we can deliver them to your door in Uganda. Where cargoplus are not customs clearing your goods, you will then receive them either at Mombasa sea port, Entebbe airport or customs goods bonded warehouse (e.g. cars for Uganda).

Your goods will be stored for a maximum two (2) weeks. After this storage charges may apply or goods could be disposed if no arrangement is put in place.

Both the sender and receiver will be notified as soon as the goods are ready for collection or delivery
